Let’s learn how to draw Usada Pekora from hololive 3rd Generation today!
Usada Pekora (兎田ぺこら) is a Japanese Virtual YouTuber associated with hololive, as part of the Hololive 3rd Generation. She is a lonely rabbit-eared girl, who hails from the nation of Pekoland, where she claims she is a member of royalty.
She is an animal human with rabbit ears and comparatively long lifespans. The rabbit motif apparent in Pekora’s fashion and accessories is significant to their culture. Pekora’s scarf is actually her pet named Don-chan. The carrots she has in her hair are raised in her family’s farm. She wears it both as a fashion and snack. Under her white dress is a bunny girl outfit.
She is known for her chaotic personality and motormouth pace. Pekora is outwardly bratty, haughty, immature and surly, but genuinely playful and friendly. However, in real life she has been noted as polite and shy as she doesn’t like people in her space. Fittingly, she is also particularly well-known for being able to almost instantly flip between smugly gloating and desperately begging for help or forgiveness. When she’s upset, her right ear folds. She quickly reacts angrily when things don’t go her way. Despite all of that she is very caring for her friends and fans.
She loves carrots so much that she always brings a few anywhere she goes. Pekora debuted her first solo original song: Pekorandom Brain! on her birthday stream. Her fanbase is officially called “League of the Hare Alliance” or “Nousagi”(野うさぎ同盟) and are represented as rabbit fur balls with carrots clipped to their ears. She frequently adds “peko” at the end of her sentences. According to Pekora, “peko” is the only word in the Pekolandish language. Her representative emote is a pair of dancers in bunny suits.

As always all the blue and green lines are just construction lines and will be erased later so do not push on your pencil too much ^_^ I will try to be super efficient with the text so will only describe steps that require some explanation.
Make sure to leave enough free space on paper for next steps. You can see how much space you will need from the size of the paper on this picture.

Step 9
Lighten all the construction lines by “stamping” the kneaded eraser on the paper. Make sure to refer to the picture bellow as you need to ink only some parts of the construction lines.
Step 10
Wait till the ink is nice and dry and erase all the construction lines.
Step 11
To add colors, make sure to sketch the color outlines with the right color or pencil first.
If your goal is to become a real Mangaka and design your own manga characters make sure to try to draw Usada Pekora from memory several times. Always compare the drawing to the original and correct any mistakes you see. Do this till you are happy with the result. It doesn’t have to look exactly the same, don’t sweat the details. The point is that you get the main shapes right and that it looks good. This is the best way to build a huge library of manga shapes in your memory that you can use to draw and design your own manga characters ^-^.
Draw with passion! ^_^
