Let’s learn how to draw Tokino Sora from hololive 0th Generation today!
Tokino Sora (ときのそら, 時乃そら, 時乃空, Lit. Sky of Time) is a Japanese Virtual YouTuber associated with hololive, as part of the Hololive 0th Generation. While she debuted alone way before generations were established, she is currently part of “hololive 0th gen” and the founder member of hololive.
Tokino Sora is an easy-going, happy and comforting person with motherly attitude. She also has a playful side to her and garners universal respect from all of her juniors in Hololive because she was one of the pioneers of early day VTubers. She most closely fits the image of a “proper” idol.
She generally does talking streams, gaming streams, as well as some occasional singing. Sora loves horror games and she does not get scared by them. When it comes to anything to do with rhythm and sound, Sora’s passion for the art drives her to be quite the perfectionist. She also loves rhythm games. She also has a really large vocal range and published several covers, including collaborations with fellow VTubers and even the release of a debut album with a major record label. Her dream has been to “hold a live concert at Yokohama Arena” since the very beginning.
Sora is aided on her videos by her two friends Yuujin A, better known as A-chan (友人A, Friend A) and Ankimo (あん肝), her mascot, walking Teddy bear. Her fanbase is officially called “Sora- tomo” (そらとも) likely from “Sora no tomodachi”, or Sora’s friends. Her representative emote is a bear after her mascot. She likes sweets, cats, and cat themed items, drawing, singing and playing the piano. Sora is close friends with another hololive member AZKi.

As always all the blue and green lines are just construction lines and will be erased later so do not push on your pencil too much ^_^ I will try to be super efficient with the text so will only describe steps that require some explanation.
Make sure to leave enough free space on paper for next steps. You can see how much space you will need from the size of the paper on this picture.

Lighten all the construction lines by “stamping” the kneaded eraser on the paper. Make sure to refer to the picture bellow as you need to ink only some parts of the construction lines.

Wait till the ink is nice and dry and erase all the construction lines.

To add colors, make sure to sketch the color outlines with the right color or pencil first.
If your goal is to become a real Mangaka and design your own manga characters make sure to try to draw Tokino Sora from memory several times. Always compare the drawing to the original and correct any mistakes you see. Do this till you are happy with the result. It doesn’t have to look exactly the same, don’t sweat the details. The point is that you get the main shapes right and that it looks good. This is the best way to build a huge library of manga shapes in your memory that you can use to draw and design your own manga characters ^-^.
