Let’s learn how to draw Shiranui Flare from hololive 3rd Generation today!
Shiranui Flare (不知火フレア) is a Japanese Virtual YouTuber associated with hololive, as part of the Hololive 3rd Generation. Flare is a half-elf who seems sloppy and undependable. However, she is considered as a big sister figure within her generation, and is also well-liked with other Hololive members due to her calm, yet kind demeanor.
Flare is a kind and extremely humble individual, almost to a fault. However, although Flare is known to be cool and aloof at first glance, she is actually quite childish and girly, which comes out the most in her horror streams and when she is drunk. Her weakness is her emotions and she cries or gets embarrassed quite easily. Flare acts in a very calm and collected manner, rarely losing herself to frustration or rage on stream, most visible with her playthroughs of difficult games. Flare is also very understanding and dependable, and it is not rare that others look up to her.
Flare’s streaming content can be categorized into three main groups: gaming, singing and chatting streams. She likes action games, but she has more recently enjoyed interacting with others, exploring, and building in Minecraft and ARK. In her singing streams, she’s known for her wide vocal range. She shows significant skill with her artwork and also has a good architectural sense, as shown in her numerous builds in the hololive Minecraft Server. She has a mascot, a fairy-like panda creature named “Kintsuba” (きんつば). Her fanbase is officially called “Elfriend” (エルフレンド) (Elf + Friend).

As always all the blue and green lines are just construction lines and will be erased later so do not push on your pencil too much ^_^ I will try to be super efficient with the text so will only describe steps that require some explanation.
Make sure to leave enough free space on paper for next steps. You can see how much space you will need from the size of the paper on this picture.

Lighten all the construction lines by “stamping” the kneaded eraser on the paper. Make sure to refer to the picture bellow as you need to ink only some parts of the construction lines.
Step 10
Wait till the ink is nice and dry and erase all the construction lines.
Step 11
To add colors, make sure to sketch the color outlines with the right color or pencil first.
If your goal is to become a real Mangaka and design your own manga characters make sure to try to draw Shiranui Flare from memory several times. Always compare the drawing to the original and correct any mistakes you see. Do this till you are happy with the result. It doesn’t have to look exactly the same, don’t sweat the details. The point is that you get the main shapes right and that it looks good. This is the best way to build a huge library of manga shapes in your memory that you can use to draw and design your own manga characters ^-^.
Draw with passion! ^_^
